$49 - Choose 4 weeks out of the 6/7 week foil class. Learn caming, soldering, puttying, and whiting on an 11x14" project. If you have no cutting & fitting experience, sign up for the 6/7 week foil class first before taking the lead class.

Beginner Students: Make 1 project (window hanging, paneled lamp, mirror overlay, pendulum clock, box, or sidelight) of 40 pieces or less using the copper foil method. Use GGG tools the 1st week, then purchase or rent tools by the 2nd week.
Non-Beginner Students: Work on whatever you want (foil, lead, stepping stone, or mosaic piece) at your own pace.

*** Gain glass cutting skills by taking a 1 hour $10 cutting workshop ahead of the glass.

BASIC FUSING (Kids Welcome): Learn how to stack and glue fusing glass to make a bowl, plate, votive, tile, jewelry, or belt buckle using all precut materials. No cutting or glass kills required. Expect to spend $15-$60 on materials.

BEVELED CROSS: Learn how to foil and solder a precut beveled cross kit.  Expect to spend $20-$40 on materials.  No glass experience required.  These make a great window hanging for Easter.

COMBINING MIRROR AND STAINED GLASS:  Cut, foil and solder a 12x18" wall mirror.  Learn how to cut, grind, and seal the mirror before foiling and soldering to your glass.  Expect to spend $20-$40 on materials.

DAM FUSING:  Learn how to use different materials to dam glass to make fused glass projects as deep as you want.  You'll make a pattern bar, a 1/2" thick tile, and a 1/2" thick fiber overlay.  No fusing or glass experience required.  Expect to spend $20-$40 on materials.  Firing fee included.

FUSED GLASS ORNAMENTS (Kids Welcome):  Cut and assemble glass ornaments that the instructor will fire in the kiln.  Children & adults with no glass experience will use precut glass shapes.  Expect to spend $20-$80 on fusing supplies.  No fusing or glass experience required. 

FUSING-BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE: Beginners learn about the basic firing temperatures of glass, the materials used for fusing, and how to put the materials together. Intermediate students can learn more details about firing schedules, setting up their own kiln, kiln wash, molds, and fiber papers. All students will get to make one or more bowls, plates, tiles, clocks, belt buckles, jewelry and more. The firing fee for all your projects under 8”x8” or 11" in diameter in size is included in the class fee, but expect to spend $40-$80 on materials. Glass cutting skills are required***.

FUSED BRACELETS & PENDANTS (Kids Welcome): Decorate 2 bracelets and 2 pendants that the instructor will fire in the kiln. Students will use precut glass shapes. Expect to spend $10-$30 on fusing supplies. No fusing or glass experience required. 

FUSED PICTURE FRAME (Kids Welcome): Decorate a 4x6” glass photo frames using precut glass shapes and squares, frit (glass powder & chips), stringers (glass spaghetti), noodles (glass fettuccini), glass paints, and decals.  The instructor will fire these in the kiln and glue on a picture frame back.  Expect to spend $15/frame plus extra if using dichroic glass.  No glass experience required.

FUSED SHAMROCK ORNAMENTS (Kids Welcome): Decorate 4 shamrock ornaments that the instructor will fire in the kiln. Students with no glass experience will use precut glass shapes. Expect to spend $20-$80 on fusing supplies. No fusing or glass experience required. Children welcome.

FUSING COPPER AND FIBER OVERLAYS:  Make 2 projects, one using copper/brass tooling or mesh between glass, and the second using two layers of 1/8" fiber paper to make a mold.  Expect to spend $20-$50  on materials.  No fusing or glass experience is required.

FUSING WITH FRIT, MICA, AND GOLD LEAF: Make projects using advanced techniques using frit, mica, and gold leaf. Fusing experience required. The firing fee for all your projects under 8”x8” or 11" in diameter in size is included in the class fee, along with mica and 2 sheets of gold leaf.  Expect to spend $40-$80 on materials.

FUSING WITH KAISER-LEE BOARD: K-L Board is a fiber material that you can cut and sculpt to make molds for slumping. You’ll learn how to make 10 different projects from one 12x12x1” piece of board, how to kiln wash it and fire it. You’ll also get to work on your own project (bowl/dish) using an 8x9x1” piece of K-L board. Expect to spend $40-$90 on materials. Firing fee for the 8x9x1” project included. No fusing or glass experience required.

HOT HEARTS (Kids Welcome):  Cut and assemble glass oranements in the shape of hearts that the instructor will fire in the kiln.   Expect to spend $20-$40 on fusing supplies ($5/ornament plus dichroic glass).  Nof fusing experience required.

HOW TO USE A BEVEL CLUSTER:  Learn how to fit a bevel cluster into a stained glass window without using a pattern.  Cut, foil, and solder an 11x14" stained glass project with a 6 piece bevel cluster.  Add on a glass border or metal frame if there is time.   Expect to spend $25-$60 on materials.

KALEIDOSCOPE: In this workshop, you’ll cut, foil and solder a kaleidoscope with an image disc full of glass pieces creating unique reflections at each rotation of the wheel. Stained glass cutting, foiling, and soldering experience required. Expect to spend $30-$60 on materials.

LAMP IN A DAY: Cut, foil, and solder a paneled lamp in one day. Pick from 3 different designs. Choose your design and glass at least 2 days ahead of class. Expect to spend $25-$50 on materials (plus the cost of a lamp base if desired). Stained glass cutting, foiling, and soldering experience required.

MOSAIC CHRISTMAS TREE TRIVET:  Make an 8"x8" trivet or wall hanging of a Christmas tree using Lisa Vogt's "Quality Wood Frame", glass, glass globs, and Silvercoats (colored mirror).  You'll need to purchase the wood frame ($12.95), glass glue ($5.95), grout ($1), and optional mosaic cutters ($25.95).

MOSAIC POT:  Learn mosaic skills by painting your pot, cutting glass into squares/triangles, and gluing them to a pattern on your pot. Finish gluing your pieces at home and come in at your own time for an hour to grout your pot.  Expect to spend $15-$25 on materials + $21.95 for mosaic cutters. No glass experience required.

MOTHER'S DAY VOTIVE HOLDERS (Kids Welcome): Decorate 1 sqaure and 1 round piece of glass with fused glass materials that the instructor will fire in the kiln and slump into 2 votive holders. Great for mother's day gifts. Students will use precut glass shapes. Expect to spend $40-$60 on fusing supplies and firing. No fusing or glass experience required.

SENSATIONAL SNOWFLAKES:  Cut, foil, solder, and assemble 2 small or 1 medium snowflakes using glass, bevels, and globs.  Students without any glass experience will pick a snowflake that needs no cutting, and will learn how to foil and solder them.  Expent to spend $20-$40 on materials.  These make great holiday gifts.

STAINED GLASS MIRROR: Cut, foil, and solder a mirror with a stained glass border in one day. Learn how to grind and seal the mirror for soldering. Expect to spend $20-$40 on materials. Stained glass cutting, foiling and soldering experience required.

STAINED GLASS PHOTO FRAME: Cut, foil, and solder a 5X7” photo frame in one day. Learn how to add the photo back. Expect to spend $20-$40 on materials. Stained glass cutting, foiling and soldering experience required.

STEPPING STONE (Kids Welcome): Make an 8" round or 8" square stone using precut glass kits and quick drying DiamondCrete (cement). Pick out your glass kit and color of DiamondCrete at least 3 weeks ahead to guarantee your choice. Parent and child can each do one stone, or do one stone together. No cutting or glass skills required. Expect to spend around $38 per stone and you keep the mold to make more at home.

TISSUE BOX COVER:  Cut, foil, solder, and assemble a small, medium, or large tissue box cover.  Expect to spend $20-$40 on materials.  These make great gifts.

WRAPPED LEAD ANGEL: Use a precut glass angel kit to stretch lead, wrap and solder it around the glass to make a finished standing angel. Expect to spend $25-$40 on materials. No glass experience required.
